(1):- The consignments accepted for despatch through our lorries are carried entirely at the owner’s risk. The Users are advised to keep their cash/jewelry/valuables in safe custody during the service. Goods transfer through rope is at the sole discretion of the Users. Any concerns that the Users may have during or after the provision of the service should be brought to our notice immediately. DBS Packers and Movers will only be liable for damages caused due to its negligence. Apart from this, any natural accident like a road accident, vehicle fire, vehicle falling into a ditch, etc. Will be compensated by the insurance company and not by DBS Packers and Movers.

In this regard, We suggest user assess the inventory properly for any damages before the handover, and DBS Packers and Movers recommends the ‘Insurance of Freight’.

All agreements and damage claims that arise through this service availed of by the User shall be brought to the notice of the Company through our helpdesk/customer support email.

Particulars of the DBS Packers and Movers Transit Insurance:-

(a) For any missing item, the User has to obtain an NDC (Non-delivery certificate) or shortage form immediately from the Company.

(b) In the case of no NDC, the claim shall not be processed for a missing item.

(c) For such claims to be legitimate, the claims shall be made within 2 days from the date of completion of the service.

(d) The User has to obtain an LR copy and damage report certificate immediately from the Company in case of any damage relating to the delivery of the inventory.

(2):- To ensure smooth provision of the service, the Users are required to intimate DBS Packers and Movers advance if our vehicle can enter the premises/lane of the User, the distance between the vehicle of the company and the lift/house gate, as the case may be, and the maximum time the vehicle can be retained inside the premises.

(3):- The packing materials used by DBS Packers and Movers are the property of brothers and will be taken back on the same day of unloading, otherwise, rent will be charged as per our Policy.

(4):- The fees quoted by DBS Packers and Movers are subject to various factors and hence a slot is booked in advance. The fees quoted by Brothers may change if the movement date/inventory/distance is changed after confirmation of payment. In this regard, a revised quotation will be offered as per the change in price if necessary

(5):- The fees charged by DBS Packers and Movers for the provision of the Service shall not include:-

• Any dismantling (carpenter work) of Wooden Boxes and fittings of electrical, and electronic appliances.
• AC (Window/Split) fitting/Dismantle any Mathadi (Union Labour & related) charges.
• Any arranging work which includes pipes, gas filling, extra wire, fittings associated, etc
• Additionally, materials have to be purchased separately for the such mantle and dismantle work which is not part of the fees quoted DBS Packers and Movers and has to be borne by the User.
• The mode of payment for the provision of this service shall be at the sole discretion of Brothers Relocation Services.
• Where due to unforeseen circumstances, it is not reasonably practicable for either party to undertake the service, the liability, if any, in such a situation shall be limited to the token amount paid by the User for the service. Where the User cancels the service after the DBS Packers and Movers reaches the pickup location, the transportation charges will be borne by the User, however, the token amount shall be fully refundable on shifting cancellation up to 1 day before the provision of the service.

(6):- Please leave a minimum of 30% fuel should be fill in the vehicle.

• Please give us a photocopy of your vehicle (Reg. Certificate, Insurance, PUC.)
• We would request you give us a photocopy of your ID security reason.
• Mode of Payment 20% with work order 80% at the time of dispatch.
• Cheque should be in favor of Brothers Relocation Services
• Pay Full Payment in Advance at part load booking.
• Jewelry, beverages, Gas Cylinder, Arms, and Food items are not allowed*.
• We provide storage facilities to our customers at a lower rate. However, for loading, unloading, and local delivery, we take extra charges to the customer.

Note*:- The figures shown on the website and the packing material may be slightly different. Our agent will inform the customer about this on call.

DBS Packers and Movers not transport any illegal items like Arms, Liquor, any intoxicants, etc. along with your household goods if the customer secretly transports such illegal items with his luggage without informing us. If so, he will be responsible for it and legal punishment and fine will also be paid by the customer and not by DBS Packers and Movers.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any action, claim, dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination (Dispute) shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India and the court in Gurugram (Haryana) shall have exclusive Gurugram jurisdiction Disputes arising out of this Agreement.

In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at https://dbspackers.com/, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders being placed. The cancellation would not be done once the consignment has already been shipped.

If you place an order and our team comes to your home to pack the goods and if you cancel the booking for any reason, then you will have to pay the vehicle fare, labor charges, and packing material charges, which will be informed to you by our agent.

Refund Policy

Pricing Policy

The rates are subject to the nature and kind of services you avail as per your requirement which may depend upon factors such as volume, distance, and other ancillary services desired to avail.
